• Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps) may be collected by our hosting provider.
• We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics tracking on this website.

We use the information we collect only for the following purposes:

• To respond to your service enquiries and communicate about jobs or quotes.
• To display approved comments on the Technoid homepage.
• To verify your identity when you sign in to leave a comment or access admin features.
• To improve the website and ensure it functions correctly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

• Supabase — we use Supabase (supabase.com) as our database and file storage provider. Comment data and user authentication are handled via Supabase. Their data is stored on servers in the EU or US depending on your region. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify / hosting — this site may be hosted on Netlify or a similar provider, which may log standard access data. See your provider's privacy policy for details.
• Font Awesome & Google Fonts — icon and font resources are loaded from CDN providers, which may log your IP address for delivery purposes.
• WhatsApp — if you click a WhatsApp button, you will be directed to WhatsApp's platform. Their own privacy policy applies once you leave our site.

All data held in our Supabase database is stored securely and only accessible to authorised Technoid admin accounts.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This website uses minimal local storage for functional purposes only:

• Theme preference — your dark/light mode choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so your preference is remembered across visits.
• Session tokens — if you sign in via Supabase Auth, a session token is stored in your browser to keep you signed in. This expires when you sign out or after an inactivity period.

We do not use advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Delete your data — you can request that we remove your comments or contact data at any time.
